Under the supervision of the solution architect, the CRM business analyst will be responsible for participating in identifying needs, defining the best implementation strategy, developing the solution design, configuring the solution according to best practices and overseeing integrations or custom development.
You will advise your customers in their understanding of the added value of digital technology and CRM infrastructure in the context of various CRM projects, within a dynamic digital firm.
- Work directly with customers, serve as the main point of contact and ensure the success of the project.
- Contribute to the implementation of projects for several clients, by engaging clients in regular strategic workshops to ensure that project steps are respected.
- Maintain well-documented requirements collected from customers and participate in regular updates.
- Ensure various models that support the understanding of needs (mapping business processes, mapping ecosystems and data exchanges, etc.).
- Research and resolve issues with RevOps consultants and develop solutions based on the HubSpot CRM solution and other connected third-party tools to meet customer needs.
- Develop training materials/guides for customers and educate customers to ensure software adoption.
- Be comfortable with project management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing operations.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Experience with other third party cloud-based tools like Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM, Zapier, etc.
- Ability to map business processes using the BPMN method.
- Ability to produce an entity-relationship diagram (ERD).
- Proven ability to work with internal teams on projects.
- Strong ability to research system requirements and determine the steps required for proper configuration.
- First-line experience with customers is a plus.
- Great attention to quality and detail.
- Experience in automating workflows with an iPaaS (ex: Zapier).
- You feel comfortable managing multiple tasks, projects, and customers at the same time.
