Technoflex International is a manufacturing SME located in Bois-des-Filion, Quebec. Since 1993, they have been designing, developing and distributing products made from recycled materials.
Technoflex International wanted to optimize its sales and customer management processes by integrating HubSpot CRM with their Microsoft Business Central ERP. This integration allows better visibility into orders and sales, and improves the accuracy of forecasts for their retail network.

Before optimization, Technoflex faced decentralized and complex management of orders, sales and customer relationships. Complexity was increased by using EDI with multiple retailers and by managing the change required to integrate systems.

SOLUTION
Lakhos conducted an initial audit of revenue operations at Technoflex, recommending the adoption of the HubSpot CRM.
Lakhos carried out an audit of revenue operations (RevOps) at Technoflex to assess their processes and infrastructure. The audit confirmed that integrating HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub) would be beneficial for managing communications, the sales process, and web touchpoints.
The two-way integration with Microsoft Business Central, developed in partnership with an API firm, centralized sales and order data, improving visibility and managing sales forecasts. Deployed in two phases, this integration minimized disruptions and maximized adoption, while optimizing forecasts for key periods.
