Motrec is a manufacturer that relies on the manufacture of electric industrial vehicles to move materials and people more safely and efficiently, regardless of the application.

Motrec wants to standardize and optimize their processes by integrating technologies from the customer relationship management ecosystem. The manufacturing company is banking on an intelligent integration of its CPQ, CRM and ERP software in order to improve its productivity and stimulate its growth.

To support its sales management structure and its data analysis performance, the Motrec management team decided to implement the HubSpot solution with the Lakhos team as well as Centralio's CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

ENJEUX

Before starting its digital shift, sales pipeline management at Motrec was done as we often see in the manufacturing sector.

Quotes were made in Excel files that had to be manually updated and then saved in PDF format. Interactions with customers took place via email and documents had to be constantly printed or scanned in order to establish the links between sales, marketing, engineering, and production. Almost no information was available.

SOLUTION

Lakhos carried out an initial audit of revenue operations (RevOps) with Motrec in order to fully understand their business strategy.

As a result of this audit, it was determined that the customer would benefit from implementing HubSpot CRM with the following modules: Sales Hub for managing communications and the sales process, Service Hub for after-sales service requests, and Marketing Hub for web touchpoints, including the site, forms, and interaction tracking.

The Centralio CPQ solution, a modern platform combining CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) functionalities, has also been implemented and integrated with HubSpot for a seamless experience. Finally, the entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem, including Centralio CPQ, was integrated with their existing ERP to simplify and automate the Quote-to-Cash process.

The establishment of this CRM ecosystem has therefore made it possible to simplify and automate the entire Quote-to-Cash process, by integrating the entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem with Motrec's current ERP. This integration has led to greater efficiency and productivity by reducing manual tasks, improving process visibility, reducing errors, and enabling better decision-making.
