Speclite Technologies is a manufacturer and distributor based in Montreal, standing out in the field of LED lighting for the agricultural, commercial and industrial sectors.

Speclite wants to optimize its sales processes by implementing the HubSpot CRM to centralize its database of prospects and customers, qualify prospects and monitor sales opportunities collaboratively.

Speclite also wants to integrate HubSpot CRM into its Dear System ERP in order to have better operational efficiency in terms of sales and to facilitate the legacy between sales and operations.

ENJEUX

Manual and non-centralized processes were holding back Speclite's growth.

Speclite was facing an inefficient sales funnel, marked by manual processes that were not centralized. The lack of a connection between ERP and marketing systems led to disorganized prospecting, fragmented customer follow-up, and a waste of time in the manual transfer of contacts. The dispersion of customer exchanges between various emails complicated access to information and hampered collaboration within the sales team.

SOLUTION

Lakhos conducted an audit of Speclite's revenue operations to assess their processes, digital infrastructure, data, and organization, and determine options for implementing a new CRM ecosystem.

Following this audit, it was determined that the customer would benefit from the CRM solution. HubSpot by implementing the following modules: the module Sales Hub to manage communications and the sales process and the module Marketing Hub to manage newsletter communications, the various web contact points including the website, forms and interaction tracking data.

The entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem has been integrated into their current ERP in order to simplify and automate the entire process. Quote-to-cash.
