Montreal on May 12 — Following its accreditation Industry 4.0 auditor issued by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation (MEI), Anthony Lacoste, co-founder and partner of the Lakhos group, is also becoming a digital advisor as part of the new Canadian digital adoption program.

This program has two components and aims to develop online business activities, as well as to improve the technologies of Canadian businesses.

As a firm eligible for the program for component 2, which includes the creation of a digital transformation and adoption plan, the team at Lakhos is committed to helping as many industrial/manufacturing companies as possible who want to take action.

What is a digital advisor?

A digital advisor registered with the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) is an organization that has met and maintained all the criteria required to provide digital advisory services to eligible Canadian SMEs.

“This is a great opportunity for Quebec and Canadian businesses that want to review their current processes and thus implement technologies to optimize their marketing efforts and initiatives. Our RevOps (Revenue Operations) audit allows us to equip stakeholders to prioritize their transformation goals, identify areas for improvement within their digital infrastructure and current processes, in order to set up a CRM ecosystem adapted to their vision,” says Anthony Lacoste.

This very generous program subsidizes 90% of a digital adoption plan up to $15,000.

“When a company has several projects in mind, including the improvement of internal processes, technological implementation (CRM, ERP, MES, MRP, BI, etc.), this work provides an overview of the current state, and thus provides a guideline on the next steps to be taken. The objective is to develop different implementation scenarios based on objectives and primary needs. Building a real technological implementation scenario is essential for adopting new technologies and for them to be well used internally,” adds Anthony Lacoste.
