We centralized all sales in HubSpot to prepare for future integration with Voodoo (ERP), while simplifying tools and processes. The forms have been completely redone in order to obtain clean and consistent data. We've implemented automations for lead distribution, follow-up reminders, and appointment scheduling. The existing integration with Monday has been maintained, but optimized, to better connect marketing, sales, and operational tracking, while eliminating manual tasks and the lack of consistency between systems.

We supported Grandchamps in the complete overhaul of its sales ecosystem in order to centralize all its operations in HubSpot. The first task was to clean and rebuild web forms, which previously generated incomplete and difficult to use data. Thanks to this restructuring, each submission and request now arrives cleanly in the CRM.

We have implemented essential automations: automatic distribution of leads, creation of follow-up tasks, internal reminders, and simplified appointment scheduling. The integration with Monday has been maintained for project tracking, but optimized to eliminate limitations associated with the lack of automation and manual lead management. Grandchamps' two distinct sales processes have been combined in a clear and simplified pipeline, allowing teams to finally have a uniform view of all opportunities.
